How to Order products from our factory?

1. Please let us know the model and quantity and your speacial demands.
2. Proforma Invoice confirmed, the order will be arranged upon receipt of your payment.
3. Confirm and ship the goods, then tracking number will be sent to you promptly.
4. We will help to track your goods until you receive them safely.
Payment:
All payments must be pre-paid. We accept payment via T/T ,L/C. Usually the payment we supply is FOB Shenzhen and 30% deposit, balance before delivery.
Shipping:
We use express, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS and so on.

Shipment

-The items you ordered will be shipped out in 1-3 business day by UPS,DHL,FEDEX or TNT when your payment is clear.
We would like to arrange by Air or Ocean Shipping for you as per your requirement.

-Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Laser Pointer is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.

-We ensure dispatch the item within 1-3 business days. However, you bought the item from opposite side of the earth, so it needs a little longer time to deliver. Please place order only if you agree with the shipping time and all the terms.

1. How much will the express delivery cost be for the samples?
A: The express delivery cost depends on the quantity, weight, carton measurement and your area.

2. How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by the express. For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, they can be sent by air to the international airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way,destination country (the international airport, sea port ).
Note: The items are normally shipped via FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc.

3. How soon will my order be shipped?
A: Generally, upon the receipt of payment, the items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
Note: Delivery timeline mainly depends on the carrier services.

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card. But also the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format. Please contact us for details.

5: Will it come with the retail box?
A: Yes, we will send it with the retail box, but some there are not retail packaging.

6: When can I get the tracking number?
A: I will let you know at the first time after shipped out.

7: How long is warranty for items?
A: 1 year.

8: Can we get the sample to check before place large quantity?
A: Sure, sample is available.

9: How to order?
A: Tell me the Items model and quantity you order. I will make the Proforma Invoice and arrange the items after got your payment.

10: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

12: How to proceeds the order if I have logo to print?
A: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.
