1. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test.
2.Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: For our best selling electric bicycle, we have some in stock, we can deliver after order within 3-5 days.
For bulk order by container, it usually takes about 30 days for production. If it is customized, around 45 days.
3. Q: What’s your payment methods?
A: We usually accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Alibaba Online Payment as main payment methods, other payment can also be negotiated.
4. Q: Can I have my own Logo? Can I choose any color?
A: Yes, it will charge a little extra to customize your logo. And you can choose any color for most of the ebikes.
5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Of course, various models & colors as your request.
